Faeries,

Do you believe?

As I walked up the garden path,
I couldn't help but notice the tiny flowers
If I was big, I might not have noticed, how pretty they are

Hurray child, you're wasting precious time.

So I knocked on the door, and the faery that answered was so pretty

She spoke first, I seemed to get all tongue tied

Well, you certainly are no faery, you have no wings
You can't be a human child, you are too tiny
Well little one, are you going to tell me,
Or will I have to guess?

Um, ah, I got lost in the forest, and the faery, that plays the flute
He told me to come here for a treat
Before the Wandering Faery got here,
she will show me which way is home

Oh, so he sent you to me,
hoping he would receive a treat, too
He is the clever one
Come child, come in and have a wee treat
You do like strawberries don't you?

Oh, yes ma'am, I love strawberries

And where is that scamp, he too, shall have some strawberries
Alright, scamp show yourself, or none for you

The first thing I noticed was the beautiful dining room set

It was made from Red Roses
And I thought it was so pretty

Well sit down child, and eat your strawberries

You mean to sit there?

Of course child, you do have a table and chairs at home, don't you?

Yes, yes it's just that yours are so pretty
I didn't want to ruin them

Oh child, however could you ruin a table or chair
Sit and enjoy your strawberries,
The Wandering Faery will be here soon

So I finished up my bowl of strawberries and cream
And waited patiently for the Wandering Faery to arrive.
